Just plop the patch.xp3 into the Setup folder where FateFD.exe is then double click FateFD.exe. No need for install and English Locale will work right away!

For Those who haven't installed the game:

1.Unzip/unpack the .iso into a folder name of your choosing
2.Place the patch.xp3 into the Setup folder where FateFD.exe is
Done. Click FateFD.exe to play.
For those wishing to do a traditional install anyway, make sure to name your gamefolder without the Japanese "／". For instance, [Fate／hollow ataraxia = BAD] [ Fate hollow ataraxia = GOOD]
